We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why Sunnah Grains offers a customer-friendly return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
What Can Be Returned/Refunded?
- Change of Heart: Decided our product isn't the perfect fit? No problem! You can return unopened, unused items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (minus any original shipping charges).
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: Did you receive the wrong product, or is it damaged upon arrival? We'll take care of it! Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a prompt replacement or full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund

- Brief explanation of the return/refund reason (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

Our friendly customer service team will review your request within 2 business days.
Step 4 — Return Process
- In-Store Return (if applicable): Simply bring the unopened, unused product and original receipt to the store for a full refund.
- Online Return (if applicable): We'll provide you with a return shipping label via email. You can then return the product using the provided label.
Step 5 — Verification and Action
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect it to ensure it meets the return/refund criteria. Upon verification, we'll process your full refund within 7 business days (excluding original shipping charges) using your original payment method.
What Can't Be Returned/Refunded?
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products.
- Missing Original Receipt (In-Store Purchases): We require the original receipt for in-store returns to verify your purchase.
- Returns After 15 Days: We can't accept returns for unopened, unused items after 15 days of purchase.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items Reported After 7 Days: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for incorrect or damaged items.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your online order anytime before it ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. After shipment, our return policy applies.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons like:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors
- Payment decline by your bank
