Return & Exchange
Please review our return & exchange policy carefully. Claims must be submitted within the given timeframe and are subject to the conditions below.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions outlined below. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the product is damaged, stained, defective, incomplete, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, and protective stickers fully intact. For hygiene and food safety reasons, any product that has been opened, consumed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If the product you receive does not match the category or variant ordered (such as Talbeena, Masala Oats, or Oats & Nuts), you may request an exchange within the specified time period after delivery.
All products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services Department for processing. Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued accordingly. Please note that online purchases cannot currently be returned or exchanged in-store.
