Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for prepaid transactions by contacting our customer support team with your order details. Cancellation requests received within this timeframe will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

Once an order has been verified and marked as “In Process,” it is immediately prepared for dispatch and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. This policy helps us ensure timely order handling and maintain service efficiency.

Please note that Sunnah Grains reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already entered the processing or dispatch stage. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing checkout to avoid inconvenience.
