Pakistan's first certified oats. Imported whole rolled oats, two ways: Masala Oats, a chatpata savoury bowl with real halal chicken seasoning and dried vegetables, five ingredients and no MSG; and Oats with Nuts, with almonds, pistachios, cashews, walnuts and pumpkin seeds, sweetened only by dates, raisins and dried fruit. No refined sugar in either jar.
Sunnah Grains put the first named-ingredient Oats with Nuts and Masala Oats jars on Pakistan's shelves. Two oats, two moods
Masala Oats is the savoury one. Imported whole rolled oats, real halal chicken powder, dried carrots, dried green onion and dried cabbage. Five ingredients, no MSG, no preservatives. How to cook either jar
- Four to five tablespoons into 200 ml of boiling water or milk.
- Simmer for three to four minutes, stirring now and then.
- Stir well, rest for a minute, eat. Fresh coriander on the masala bowl; a few extra nuts on the sweet one.

Why imported whole rolled oats, not instant sachets
Most instant oats sold in Pakistan are barely half oats; the rest of the packet is starch, flavour enhancer and filler. Whole rolled oats are the whole grain, steamed and flattened with nothing removed, which is why the bowl has body and does not collapse into paste. Is there sugar in the oats?
Sunnah Grains oats contain no refined or added sugar. Oats with Nuts is sweetened by dates, raisins and dried fruit; Masala Oats is savoury and has none.

Are oats and talbeena the same thing?
